Wayne, fighting out of Corringham, demolished the Czech Republic’s Michael Vostkoff with a first round left hook knock out.
Now he wants to take on current Southern Area champion Ricky Boylan.
Hibbert said: “I’m the mandatory challenger for his Southern Area belt and have been promised a fight in May.
“As far as I’m concerned Ricky’s stalling because he does not want to fight me.
“The bout at the weekend was just a four-round contest and to keep me sharp.
“I think that Ricky’s keen to dodge fighting me and I’m going to keep the pressure up on him so that we get in the ring in May.
“I want this fight to happen,”
